Redwood’s After-School Chess Club curriculum is designed
to fit the needs of all students: beginner to advanced.


Learn how to play chess through the teaching of a USCF Official
Chess Expert, Colin Albert. Curriculum includes: Openings, Strategies,

Strategy, Tactics, Game-Play. Suggested donation :  $155/student

 

 Instruction by a local USCF Certified Chess Player/Tournament
 Highly Ranked Chess Expert/Great with Kids!
 Exclusive Chess Club Materials
 Opportunities to win Certificates and Trophies
 Chess is open to students from 6 through 8th grade
 Maximum enrollment: 20 students. Location: Redwood Room 48
 Faculty Advisor: Mrs. Demertzis
 Choose the class day that works best for your student.


Monday classes 1/13, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/2 (3:30-4:30 pm)
Friday classes: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14 (3:30-4:30 pm)
