Your order is only considered complete once both payment is received and this form is fully submitted. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee your sign will be ordered.

- Check payments must be received by March 14, 2025, or your order will be canceled.
- If paying offline, make checks payable to RMS PTA and include:

- Drop the check in the Yard Signs box located in the RMS Office.
- All purchases are final—no cancellations or refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
📍 Pick-Up Details
Your yard sign will be available for SCHOOL PICKUP at Redwood Middle School (front office area) on March 24th, between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
